Soccer Game Preview: Notre Dame Prep vs. Royal Oak

The Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish will challenge the Royal Oak Ravens at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Notre Dame Prep is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Lake Orion just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 3-2.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Royal Oak duked it out with Rochester on Friday. The Ravens and the Falcons finished up their game with a 2-2 draw.

Royal Oak's draw gives them a new season record of 4-8-3. As for Notre Dame Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5-3.

Notre Dame Prep was able to grind out a solid win over Royal Oak in their previous matchup back in May of 2022, winning 2-0. Do the Fighting Irish have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Ravens turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
