Volleyball Recap: Corydon Central Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Corydon Central faced off against Loogootee on Saturday. The Panthers fell just short of the Lions by a score of 2-1. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured seven losses in a row.

Jordin McCarty paced Corydon Central's offense, picking up seven kills. McCarty got some help from Khloe Kraft and her 16 assists.

Corydon Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Loogootee, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Corydon Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Borden on the 6th. As for Loogootee, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Shoals on the 6th.
