Baseball Recap: Donegal Takes a Loss

Donegal lost against Manheim Township back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Indians fell 8-5 to the Blue Streaks. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Donegal saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caleb Rupp, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. That run was Rupp's first of the season.

Donegal's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Manheim Township, they pushed their record up to 3-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Donegal didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-5 win against Conestoga Valley on the 1st. As for Manheim Township, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 14-3 victory against Warwick on the 1st.
