Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bangor). They breezed by the Cashton Eagles to the tune of 73-32 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Cardinals have posted since February 9, 2024.

Bangor has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 5-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Cashton, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-10.

Bangor wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 71-42 defeat against Cuba City on the 24th. As for Cashton, they will host Luther at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Luther will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Cashton surely won't give up without a fight.
