Soccer Recap: Dixon Continues Home Dominance on Friday

While Dixon's win against Croatan wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bulldogs never let the Cougars get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Friday. Dixon haven't had any issues with Croatan recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Dixon's one-goal win came courtesy of Aileen Lowman, who's now up to nine this season.

Dixon's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-2-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven games. As for Croatan, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-6.
