Basketball Recap: Lehman Catholic Comes Up Short

Lehman Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a blow against the Southeastern Local Trojans, falling 73-39. While losing is never fun, the Cavaliers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 612th, while the Trojans are ranked 169th).

Lehman Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Southeastern Local, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season.

Lehman Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Southeastern Local, they will take on Russia at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
