Basketball Recap: Johnson Bayou Comes Up Short

Johnson Bayou was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 43-31 to the Hackberry Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-52 back in January.

Johnson Bayou's record is now 16-12. As for Hackberry, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-15 record this season.

Looking ahead, Johnson Bayou will be playing at home against Starks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hackberry, they will challenge South Cameron at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
