Basketball Recap: Chatham Central Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Chatham Central was the 54-11 winner over Jordan-Matthews when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears fell 44-34 to the Jets on Friday. The matchup marked the Bears' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Jordan-Matthews' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cassidy Graves, who posted 12 points and eight rebounds. That's the most points Graves has posted since back in January. Zuri Nava was another key player, putting up 14 points along with six boards and six steals.

Chatham Central's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Jordan-Matthews, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Looking ahead, Chatham Central will venture away from home to challenge North Moore at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jordan-Matthews, they will host Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
