Northtown had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Christ the King Gladiators by a score of 2-0. The Pumas have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Gladiators, too.
Northtown easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-18.
Josue Gomez paced Northtown's offense, picking up four kills. Gomez got some help from Justin Pardo and his three assists. Ernesto Depa controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Northtown pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.
