Volleyball Recap: Maple River Comes Up Short

Maple River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the United South Central Rebels. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Rebels when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Maple River's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for United South Central, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Maple River will take on Minnesota Valley Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for United South Central, they will challenge Randolph at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
