Basketball Game Preview: Hayes Pacers vs. Westerville North Warriors

The Hayes Pacers will challenge the Westerville North Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Hayes is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Big Walnut just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They were dealt a 59-28 loss at the hands of the Golden Eagles. The game marked the Pacers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, Westerville North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 34-32 heartbreaker at the hands of Bexley.

Westerville North's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Hayes, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-7.

Hayes strolled past Westerville North when the teams last played back in December of 2024 by a score of 48-29. Does Hayes have another victory up their sleeve, or will Westerville North turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
