They never let the Glendale Nitros get on the board and left with a 17-0 victory on Thursday. While the Warriors didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The team relied heavily on Soraya Chavez, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Aubrey Akins, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2.
