Chincoteague has gone a perfect 10-0 against Wicomico recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Ponies will host the Indians at 4:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Friday just wasn't the day for Chincoteague's offense. They came up short against Greenbrier Christian Academy on Friday, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Ponies' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, Wicomico was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 25-0 to North Caroline.

Wicomico's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Chincoteague, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.

Everything went Chincoteague's way against Wicomico when the teams last played back in April, as Chincoteague made off with a 13-2 win. Will the Ponies repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
