Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Chiles

Chiles came tearing into Saturday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Middleburg Broncos. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 two weeks ago.

Lindsay Smith paced Chiles' offense, picking up 13 kills. Smith were helped by Natalie Gibson and Eva Goodson, who contributed 15 assists each. Smith also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Riley Boykin, racking up two apiece.

Chiles' record is now 18-1. As for Middleburg, they moved to 10-8 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Chiles will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Broncos: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
