Basketball Recap: Booker Kiowas vs. Sanford-Fritch Eagles
The Booker Kiowas had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Sanford-Fritch by a score of 61-52 on Tuesday. The win was just what Booker needed coming off of a 69-48 loss in their prior match.
Hagen Chisum continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 30 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jesus Jimenez, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds.
Booker's victory bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Sanford-Fritch, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-11.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Booker will square off against the Comanches at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sanford-Fritch, they will head out on the road to face off against the Greyhounds at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
