West Seattle never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Highline Pirates with a sharp 12-0 win. The result was nothing new for West Seattle, who have now won six matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory (which was West Seattle's fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Highline, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Seattle will face off against Chief Sealth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Highline, they will take on Sammamish at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
