Kaden McKinley Game Report: vs Cayuga

While Tuesday's victory was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Kaden McKinley. He wasn't messing around on Tuesday, striking out seven batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits. The pitching appearance was his third straight with one or fewer earned runs.

McKinley's strong effort led LaPoynor over Cayuga and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
