Baseball Game Preview: Kremlin-Hillsdale Broncs vs. Timberlake Tigers

Kremlin-Hillsdale is 8-2 against Timberlake since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Broncs will be playing at home against the Tigers at 2:30 p.m. Kremlin-Hillsdale's pitching crew has only allowed 2.4 runs per game this season, so Timberlake's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On Thursday, Kremlin-Hillsdale came up short against Pioneer-Pleasant Vale and fell 4-1.

Meanwhile, Timberlake also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Fairview by a score of 15-10. The Tigers have struggled against the Yellowjackets recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Payton Pierce was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Kremlin-Hillsdale's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-3. As for Timberlake, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-11.

Kremlin-Hillsdale beat Timberlake 4-1 in their previous matchup two weeks ago. Will the Broncs repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
