Basketball Recap: Becton Comes Up Short

Becton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 42-31 to the Ridgewood Maroons.

Becton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Ridgewood, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Becton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Nutley at 4:00 p.m. on February 14th. As for Ridgewood, they will face off against Paramus Catholic at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
