Softball Recap: Genesee Bulldogs vs. Glenns Ferry Pilots

Genesee and Glenns Ferry squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Genesee had to settle for second. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pilots. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Bulldogs couldn't push the score so high this time.

Kendra Meyer was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She struck out 15 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits.
