Volleyball Recap: Midland Christian Takes a Loss

Midland Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Nolan Catholic Vikings. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2021.

Midland Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Nolan Catholic, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Midland Christian will venture away from home to challenge San Angelo Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nolan Catholic, they will challenge Bishop Lynch at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
