After failing to score in their last game, Ferris made sure to put some goals up on the board against Kennedale on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over the Kennedale Wildcats. Considering the Yellowjackets' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Kennedale with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Benjamin Harp, Daniel Rodriguez-Rivas, Joseph Pesina, and ALexander Lara.

Ferris' win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Kennedale, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.

Ferris will head out to face off against Venus at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ferris' last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Kennedale, they will welcome Alvarado at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
