Skyview took a 21-point loss the last time they faced off against Summit, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wolverines came out on top in a nail-biter against the Tigers on Friday, sneaking past 17-14. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wolverines as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Skyview's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 4-5. As for Summit, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Skyview will host Green Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Summit, they will welcome Wheat Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will be up against the Farmers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 46 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
