Zephyrhills Christian Academy was the 77-55 winner over Varsity Opponent when they last played one another back in November, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors took a 52-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of Varsity Opponent on Saturday. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Zephyrhills Christian Academy's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Toni Bryant, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 12 boards. Bryant has also also been stellar as far as shooting accuracy is concerned: he's posted one of at least 45% every time he's hit the court this season. Ethan Knox was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Having lost for the first time this season, Zephyrhills Christian Academy fell to 8-1.
