Jase Ferguson Posts Another Huge Game Against Brookville

Jase Ferguson's big game helped extend Central Clarion [Clarion/Clarion-Limestone/North Clarion]'s winning streak to three on Friday. Ferguson was dialed in as he rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also threw for 156 yards and two touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Brookville on Friday, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Ferguson didn't just play on offense: he also made seven total tackles and defended a pass.

Brookville had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Ferguson it was a similar story. When Ferguson last faced Brookville back in November of 2023, he threw for 230 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 11.5 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 46 yards.

DuBois found a leader in Trey Wingard as the team took down Bradford on Friday. Bradford had no answer to Wingard as he threw for 274 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 13.7 yards per attempt.

Wingard will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when he faces off against Karns City on Friday. The last time Wingard took on the Gremlins, he, throwing for 324 yards and four touchdowns. Can he match (or beat) that stellar performance?

Jordan Rutan Delivers Electric Effort Vs Moniteau

The second Punxsutawney player making an appearance here is Jordan Rutan, and for good reason. He rushed for 111 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.

Rutan and Punxsutawney will face off against Brookville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will pit Rutan up against the Raiders' star pass catcher Sam Krug. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

Carter Wilson Has Career-Day on Friday

Carter Wilson posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 87 yards and a touchdown.
