There's no place like home for Sierra Vista, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They secured a 54-48 W over the Cimarron-Memorial Spartans on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Mountain Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Donnayja Gibson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7 for 12 en route to 19 points in addition to seven steals and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Avery Silvas, who posted seven points along with five boards and five steals.

Sierra Vista has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. As for Cimarron-Memorial, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.
