Baseball Recap: Liberty Takes a Loss

Liberty lost against Pendleton back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Red Devils fell 10-6 to the Bulldogs. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Isaac Reece was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Pendleton, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-10.

Coming up, Liberty will be playing in front of their home fans against Chesnee at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Pendleton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
