Football Recap: Sports Leadership & Management Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Sports Leadership & Management's offense. They were outmatched by the South Fork Bulldogs and fell 53-0. The Cobras' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

A big part of South Fork's win came down to the chemistry between Savannah Tatum and her top target Cadence Reed. Tatum threw for 70 yards and five touchdowns while completing 85.7% of her passes while Reed picked up 35 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Those three receiving touchdowns gave Reed a new career-high.

Sports Leadership & Management's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for South Fork, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sports Leadership & Management will square off against Leonard at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Fork, they will take on Olympic Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
