Softball Recap: Boron Wins Going Away Against Desert Christian

Boron won the last time they faced Desert Christian and things went their way on Friday too. The Boron Bobcats put the hurt on the Desert Christian Knights with a sharp 18-1 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bobcats.

Bella Job made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She tossed two innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. That one earned run gave her a new career-low. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Angel Hall, who scored three runs and stole Four bases. while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Melissa Gonzalez, who scored three runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
