Chestnut Ridge won the last time they faced Bishop McCort and things went their way on Thursday too. The Lions skirted past the Crushers 7-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

Chestnut Ridge let Serenity Oeser and Emma Callihan run wild. Oeser went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI, while Callihan went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. That's the most stolen bases Callihan has posted since back in March.

Chestnut Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Bishop McCort, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-11.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Chestnut Ridge will take on rival Greater Johnstown at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Bishop McCort is set to face off against their familiar foe Penn Cambria at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
