Avon kept a clean sheet against Steele on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Comets with a sharp 6-0 victory. Avon might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Steele from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Brock Harman led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Avon is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those five matchups.
