Volleyball Recap: Hazleton Area Comes Up Short

Hazleton Area saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Abington Heights Comets. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hazleton Area's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Abington Heights, the win keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

Hazleton Area will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Selinsgrove at 5:30 p.m. on the 30th. As for Abington Heights, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Montrose on the 20th.
