Softball Recap: West Marion Trojans vs. Wesson Cobras

West Marion waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Wesson Cobras with a sharp 16-8 win. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cobras, too.

Izzy Pittman made a splash while hitting and pitching. She tossed six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. Pittman was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
