Northwest came into Tuesday's matchup looking for another win against Aurora, but Paityn Wyatt wouldn't allow it. The Huskies walked away with a 3-1 win over the Vikings on Tuesday thanks in part to Wyatt, who had seven digs and three aces. Those aces marked the first that she has served this season.

Aurora had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25-23.

Aurora's record now sits at 12-7. As for Northwest, their defeat ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-5.

Aurora wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Central City on the 25th. As for Northwest, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Kearney Catholic on the 25th.
