Volleyball Recap: Towanda Takes a Loss

The Towanda Black Knights came up short against the Montrose Meteors on Saturday and fell 3-1.

Towanda was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Montrose work for it, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 23-25, 28-26, 25-19.

Towanda's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Montrose, they pushed their record up to 12-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Towanda will challenge Wyalusing Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Montrose, they will square off against West Scranton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
