 Port St. Joe came into Tuesday's   game having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Altha Wildcats 12-3. Port St. Joe's offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last three games.
  Brooklyn Bishop was  incredible,  going 2-for-4 with four  RBI, two  doubles,  and a  run.  Elli Newman was another key contributor,  going 1-for-2 with a  triple, two  RBI,  and a  run.
 On Altha's side, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Tarrin McCrone, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Chelsea Edenfield, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Port St. Joe's win  ended  a  four-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 7-15. As for Altha, they dropped their record down to 4-16 with that  loss, which was their sixth straight  on the road.
 Port St. Joe will  take on Wewahitchka at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Altha, they will look to defend their home field  on Monday against Poplar Springs at 6:00  p.m.
