There's no place like home for Gompers Prep Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They put the hurt on the Preuss UCSD Tritons with a sharp 6-1 win on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Eagles needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.

They hit Preuss UCSD with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Carlos Munoz (3), Daniel Ocampo (2), and Jose Avila.

Gompers Prep Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Preuss UCSD, they now have a losing record at 4-5-1.
