Peyton extends road winning streak to 15

Recap: Peyton Panthers vs. Swallows Charter Academy Spartans

The Peyton Panthers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They claimed a resounding 93-15 win over Swallows Charter Academy on the road. The victory was just business as usual for Peyton, who after ten games remain undefeated this season.

Leading Peyton to victory were Abbie Nickell and AJ Mannering. Nickell scored 33 points along with nine steals and eight rebounds, while Mannering dropped a double-double on 44 points and 16 steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mannering has scored all season. Emme Ratliff was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with eight rebounds and eight steals.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Swallows Charter Academy struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Peyton racked up 17 assists.

Peyton's win was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 33.47 points. As for Swallows Charter Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-10.

Peyton will be playing at home against Fountain Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fountain Valley is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. As for Swallows Charter Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Swink at 4:30 p.m. on January 23rd.
