Volleyball Game Preview: North Central Panthers vs. Franklin Central Flashes

The North Central Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the Franklin Central Flashes at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. North Central will come into the match with an undefeated record on the line.

On Thursday, North Central made easy work of Pike and carried off a 3-0 win.

North Central's got stronger as the match went on, holding Pike to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-10, 25-9.

Meanwhile, Franklin Central entered their tilt with Columbus East on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Olympians.

Franklin Central had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-15, 25-11, 25-22.

Franklin Central's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for North Central, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.
