Basketball Recap: Pitkin Takes a Loss

After flying high against St. Joseph's - Plaucheville last Tuesday, Pitkin came back down to earth. The Pitkin Tigers fell 66-54 to the Anacoco Indians on Friday. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Indians earlier this season, when they won 69-36.

Pitkin has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 18-9 record this season. As for Anacoco, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-17.

Pitkin has already played their next game, an 83-46 win against Fairview on the 20th. Anacoco has also already played their next matchup (against Hicks), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
