Soccer Recap: North Forney Takes a Loss

North Forney was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Longview Lobos. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 561st, while the Lobos are ranked 124th).

North Forney's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14-2. As for Longview, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-5-3.

Coming up, North Forney will head out to take on Forney at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Longview, they will host Kilgore at 6:00 p.m. on March 17th. Kilgore will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Longview surely won't give up without a fight.
