Basketball Recap: Henderson Collegiate Takes a Loss

Henderson Collegiate played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by the Wake Prep Academy Guardians and fell 75-15. The Pride were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-9.

Henderson Collegiate now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Wake Prep Academy, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Henderson Collegiate will square off against Vance County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wake Prep Academy, they will venture away from home to challenge Roxboro Community at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
