Baseball Recap: Raymond Chacon's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Johansen over Beyer

Beyer hit Johansen with a four-run fourth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Vikings might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 7-4 to the Patriots, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The defeat continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Patriots: they've now lost nine in a row.

Johansen saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Raymond Chacon, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Johansen's record is now 6-15-1. As for Beyer, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Beyer beat Johansen by a score of 10-0 on Thursday.
