Volleyball Recap: Hereford Gets the Win

Hereford posted their closest win since September 6, 2024 on Thursday. They won by a set and slipped past the Peaster Greyhounds 2-1.

Kyndall Valdez had a dynamite game, getting 22 digs and two aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 10.1 digs per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaylee Alonzo, who had 12 digs and one assist.

Hereford's record now sits at 5-8. As for Peaster, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hereford will square off against Dalhart at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Peaster, they will be playing at home against Brock at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
