Volleyball Recap: Episcopal Takes a Loss

Episcopal lost against Slidell back in October of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Knights fell 2-0 to the Tigers.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-20.

Among those leading the charge was Ella Kate Spilling, who had 11 digs.

Episcopal's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Slidell, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

Episcopal will square off against Baton Rouge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Knights are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Slidell, they will challenge Metairie Park Country Day at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
