Softball Recap: Harvest Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Harvest Christian Academy couldn't beat Rolling Meadows on Tuesday even though they stacked five runs on them in the second inning. The Lions lost 18-8 to the Mustangs.

Kenzie Weidman made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Haley Miller, who went 3-for-4 with three runs and one RBI.

Harvest Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Rolling Meadows, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-6.

Harvest Christian Academy has already played their next game, a 23-13 win against Aurora East on the 16th. As for Rolling Meadows, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-10 defeat against Schaumburg on the 16th.
