Soccer Game Preview: Chelan vs. Okanogan

Chelan is 1-9 against Okanogan since October of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Mountain Goats will look to defend their home pitch against the Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. Chelan will be strutting in after a victory while Okanogan will be coming in after a loss.

Chelan will bounce into Thursday's contest after beating Tonasket, who they had gone 0-5 against in their five prior meetings. The Mountain Goats had just enough and edged out the Tigers 3-2 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Okanogan came up short against Brewster on Tuesday, falling 5-1. That's two games in a row now that Okanogan have lost by exactly four goals.

Chelan's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Okanogan, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 7-4.
