Basketball Game Preview: Oak Harbor Rockets vs. Eastwood Eagles

Oak Harbor and Eastwood are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2015, but not for long. The Oak Harbor Rockets will host the Eastwood Eagles at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Oak Harbor has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.

Oak Harbor is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They were the clear victor by a 69-45 margin over Cardinal Stritch on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Rockets have posted since February 16, 2024.

Meanwhile, Eastwood came up short against Lake on Tuesday and fell 67-57. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eastwood's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 5-3. As for Oak Harbor, their victory bumped their record up to 2-7.
