Baseball Recap: Guyer Beats Lewisville for Their Third Straight Victory

Guyer had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the seven-run drubbing they dealt Lewisville on Tuesday. The Wildcats blew past the Farmers 10-3. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Guyer's win bumped their record up to 16-12. As for Lewisville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Guyer is set to face off against their familiar foe Braswell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lewisville will square off against rival Little Elm at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
