Lakewood Ranch is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four games. As for Sarasota, their win bumped their record up to 4-6-3.

Everything went Lakewood Ranch's way against Sarasota in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, as Lakewood Ranch made off with a 5-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lakewood Ranch since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
